Her background in Walmart’s Store Planning Division and relationship management at Wachovia/Wells Fargo honed her expertise in sourcing and problem-solving, allowing her to help clients visualize a property’s potential while strategically navigating the financial complexities of every negotiation.
A dedicated resident of Winston-Salem, Susan thrives on the personal connections made through her work as a trusted advocate for families. She is deeply rooted in the Triad, with a mother who has managed the Forsyth Country Club Golf Pro Shop for 40 years and a sister and daughter who also call the area home. This local connection fuels her passion for entrepreneurship and her commitment to helping her neighbors achieve their dreams of homeownership.
Family is the heart of Susan’s life. She is a proud mother to her daughter, Cydney—a Nurse Practitioner at Atrium—and a doted-upon grandmother to Micah, as well as several bonus children and grandchildren across the Carolinas. Susan has leaned into her community and her large, vibrant family.
