Having grown up in North Carolina, Layne brings a deep-rooted understanding of local neighborhoods, local trends, and market knowledge and will help guide you with professionalism, integrity, and a sound commitment to your goals. She has lived in the Piedmont Triad most of her childhood and has settled in Advance, NC with her husband, their three children, and two dogs. She’s a graduate of Wingate University with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and a Minor in Sociology, while being a member of their Softball team.
Layne pursued real estate after being a stay at home mom for 10 years and having moved their family quite frequently, saw first hand how a good real estate agent is priceless in a transaction. Whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced seller, Layne will be with you every step of the way. In her free time, she enjoys lifting weights and watching her children compete in their respective sports. One of her favorite parts of being on The Ginther Group team is all the work we do in our community and also helping so many families reach their real estate goals.
