His work has uncovered corruption, changed laws, and provided children with life-saving swimming lessons.
Frank is also a minister who travels the world and organizes local events designed to give people hope by providing families with clothing, food, school supplies, and family-friendly entertainment.
Frank and his wife are the parents of four children and spend much of their time at their kids' taekwondo competitions, and baseball and basketball games.
