Erin serves as the Director of Growth and COO for The Ginther Group and Ginther Group Network, an organization she is proud to have been a part of since 2016. She finds the opportunity to have conversations with people who are ready to take things to the next level in the real estate world--or who might be trying to find their way into or through it--to be the most rewarding part of being on the team. After making her way from New York to North Carolina as an undergraduate at Wake Forest University, she fell in love with the natural beauty, nearby hiking, regional music scene and people of the Triad Area. Over twenty years later, with a family and rescue dog named Chewy by her side, Winston-Salem is now where she calls home.
